March 2025 Park Rapids Driver's Ed (IN PERSON)
Classes will be held in the Park Rapids Furniture Center @ 1104 Park Ave South. Class communication will occur via the remind app. I will text everyone the link to join 2 weeks prior to class starting. If you do not have this app please download it when you register. Students should bring a notebook, pen and highlighter to class. If you are 14 years old or older, you may sign up for a driver's education class. Students who are 14 years old must wait until they are 15 years old to take the knowledge test. Classroom instruction will be given on the following dates:

Session 1: Mon March 17th 5:30-8:30pm
Session 2: Tue March 18th 5:30-8:30pm
Session 3: Thu March 20th 5:30-8:30pm
Session 4: Sat March 22nd 9am-12pm *** Parent Meeting 12-1:30pm
Session 5: Mon March 24th 5:30-8:30pm
Session 6: Tue March 25th 5:30-8:30pm
Session 7: Thur March 27th 5:30-8:30pm
Session 8: Sat March 29th 9-12pm
Session 9: Mon March 31st 5:30-8:30pm
Session 10: Tue April 1st 5:30-8:30pm
***Parent Meeting: Saturday March 22nd 12pm-1:30pm. Parents and students should both attend, but the parent meeting is optional.
Attendance is very important. State law requires students have 30 hours of classroom instruction before a Blue Card can be issued. If a student misses a class, make-up classes must be attended in the next available class. I strongly suggest perfect attendance. If you have a scheduling conflict due to extracurricular activities, call me and we will find a solution.

Driver instruction fees are as follows:
Classroom: $150
Behind the Wheel: $300
Classroom / Behind the Wheel Package: $400
You may pay for these classes separately and still receive the $50 discount.
