Minnesota State Approved 30hr Online Driver's Ed Self-Paced Course
We are excited to offer our students this 30 hour online driver's education course. The state of Minnesota recently approved this online course for students, ages 14-17 years old, who are looking to fulfill their 30 hour classroom requirement for driver's education.
This state approved online driver's education course is designed to be self-paced, allowing students the flexibility to work for up to 3 hours in a single day. This means that students have the option to complete the 30-hour program in as little as 10 days, with a maximum completion period of 6 months.

Which Course is right for me???
This option is for students ages 14-17 yrs old who want to take a 30 hour online driver's education course, but don't live in the Park Rapids or surrounding area. They want to take this class then do behind the wheel lessons with a driver's education school in their area.
This option is also for students who do live in the Park Rapids and surrounding area who want to take the class now and pay for behind the wheel later.
Classroom + Behind the Wheel $400
This option is for students ages 14-17 yrs old who want to take a 30 hour online driver's education course and complete their 6 hours of behind the wheel with the Headwaters Driving School. They live in the Park Rapids or surrounding areas.
Can I pay for the class and behind the wheel separately and still receive the Headwaters $50 student discount???
The answer is YES! You can pay for the class now and behind the wheel at a later time and still receive the discount.
Driver instruction fees are as follows:
Classroom: $150
Behind the Wheel: $250
Classroom / Behind the Wheel Package: $350
You may pay for these classes separately and still receive the $50 discount.
